I have been going here since my 21st b-day (1986) and try to return yearly due to the elegant atmosphere and casual setting (really) the new service is as exceptioal as the cusine (now concentration on South Seas fare yummy) This year was the best in 10 and I might have to make the trip more often. Penn's Landing at night is the most romantic place in Philly and The Boat is the most romantic place in the Laning. Food was extraordinary and ambiance was truely a treat. Service gets 5 stars alone.

Nice location, good service. The Food is wonderful. Not especially tex mex more progressive than that, the menu is fun and the food is both tasty and filling. (too much to choose from but, that is a plus) for it's location (heart of collegetown) it is a bit expensive (except htey tout their after 11 half off menu) but otherwise a definite positive experience.I have to say it again, good service, these people like where they work and it shows.

Kennedy tavern or as the Locals call it just "Kennedy's" has been around for quite awhile, but now it is finally coming into it's own. Excellent parking for a "locals" joint and real nice inside as well, plewnty of booths and the staff is extremely accomodating if you need more room. They have some of the best wings EVER and I've had them all over the USA!! I must say the bar is also very well stocked (it is the only place I can get a Rolling Rock Light on demand so far in the 'Burgh) Service receives 10 stars, the staff is friendly and KNOWS their work enviroment well, never wait for a refill or an added item, the food is more upscale than your "bar food" , they do provide provender for the bowling alley late it and gets busy , but the place is so big you never really feel crowded. an overall excellent experience (we went for lunch also, & The Turkey Bacon Club on Mancini's Twist is to die for)(CLEAN BATHROOMS)

an average off the rack chinese place, clean , good portions, and filling, fast and friendly, but the food is just average . not bad, but not great.

Real Nice service staff, clean and neat location, Bagels are tremendous. HUGE and steamed just right! I really like this venue more than any of the big places like Brueggers, the bagels here seem fresher somehow.

Their Pizza is real good, but I enjoyed the takeout more than th eeat in. it seemed , well run down, and the kids at the ounter weren't real attentive they messed up our order. I will have it delivered, but not eat in again.

Very Authentic, Very efficient staff, o complaints here , I would reccommend. down to the tea which was excellent.

I wasn't impressed with the food, but the service was good. I though it was rather clean, and everyone was friendly. the salad was wilty though and the dressing was warm.

Everyone says "HI" makes yuo feel right at home, and teh food is always exactly what you ordered. The grits here are phenomenal, not any instant junk , real nice people. A little run down but because it is mainly an after hours resturant, that is expected (especially in a military town)

The food here was really something special. It was fast , fresh and tasty, nice big portions (doggie bags are a common occurance here) and the staff is super! I'll be back

Generally, this place seemed real casual. The BBQ was definitely a texarkanas style and not georgia (hint of cilantro maybe?) I thought it was very good. The staff here is knowledgable and friendly , plus, they don't push you out the door, you can actually enjoy your meal here, and eat dessert without a srever hovering in the background with the check. (and they kept my beverages coming) Fun.

Pricey for Daytona, but you are paying for the view which is extremely beautiful (at least at dusk when we went. I have only been here once but I will return nxt time I go back to Fla. It was real relaxeing here I felt as if I were in good hands. and the Seafood was very fresh , and prepared with a delicate hand. I was most impressed with the preperation and presentation of the food, and there was alot to be impressed about here.

The seafood is so fresh that combined with the atmosphere you almost feel as if you are on vacation!! the prices are reasonable as well..

The food was that bland sweet italian that reminds me of franco american. it was tastefully presented. hte staff semed preoccupied as well. We took my sister there because we had a cupon, we won't return, cupon or not.

Great College eatery. Close to Schenley Park (Location) Nice and friendly Staff (efficient) Excellent homemade foods consisting of casual deli-style sandwiches and salads (try the chicken you won't be dissappointed!!) no dining in (outdoor seating in the summer and spring and fall , but this food is screaming to be taken on a romantic picnic or along to "Movies in the Park"). Great for Lunches and Late night snacks.

My mom used to take us here for Sunday brunch, we'd get all dressed up and off we'd go ..It made us feel so special. Now I go in jeans and the atmosphere, location, and service combined with the exceptional buffet style Brunch still make me feel very special. Everything from handcarved Roast Beef to made to order omlettes and a staircase full of miscellaneous pastries and desserts. Yu won't ever feel this good anywhere else.

Excellent Italian , the best in the City proper. Perfectly situated just off the cultural district. flavorful linguini, exceptional salad. the drinks were moderately priced. I enjoyed the comfortable intimacy here again and again..(reserve a table early )

After dinner drinks are a real treat here, the bar is an unbelievable piece of work ...a must go to if you are in the 'Burgh as well as having a superior luncheon menu.
