| Carmelo's Italian Restaurant | Wausau, WI | |
|
Carmelos is THE BEST for italian in town...
The appetizers on the menu are delish, but don't fill up,
cuz the main dishes are exquisite!
Anything as basic as spaghetti on up to veal parm or manicotti,
the menu offers quite a bit for any taste...
Save room for dessert, they are homemade daily, and are great!

Great atmosphere for any date, I recommend highly.

| Emma Krumbee's | Wausau, WI | |
|
Emma Krumbies is located inside of the Park Inn in Wausau.
Serving a bit of everything, the menu kinda looks like one you'd
find in a Country Kitchen.
The service is average, the food is too.
The bakery at Emma's is what saved it from getting 2 stars...
try the pies, they are great, and fresh daily!

| Peking Chinese & American | Wausau, WI | |
|
The Peking is something much more than just a Chinese resturant...it's
Chinese fine dining in Wausau!
The food is better than excellent, the service makes you want
to tip 20%!
The restuarant itself is located inside of an older building
in Wausau, and the atmosphere is incredible.
Try the Cosmopolitan (a specialty there) at the Bar before dinner...and
if you are going on the weekend, plan to wait a bit for a table.
The Chef at the Peking takes alot of pride in what he serves..
5 STARS for sure!

| Sam's Pizza Palace | Wausau, WI | |
|
Sam's is the best/most popular pizza in town...
Delivery takes a while, so eating there is always the way
to go...
Very laid back atmosphere, enjoy a beer and a pizza with
friends before hitting the bars!!
I recommend it for a real pizzaria style pizza...it sure isn't
Pizza Hut!!!

Annie's is great for a quick lunch with friends, the food
is quite tasty for the price. While there, be sure to sample the
coffee's they have to offer - almost the best choices in town.
Service is a bit average, but for a lunch, it will do.

Living only 1 block from the 3rd Ave Cafe, I have eaten there quite
a few times...

my favorite part is, you can get breakfast all day long! :)
Its clean and the people are friendly, service is the kind you'd
expect in a small town diner!

The mine is a great place to meet up with friends, have a drink (the
