Good local hangout. The food can be a bit pricey. They have a specials
menu nightly. It's hit or miss on the food, mostly hits, but expectations
should be set a little lower. Big portions, friendly staff. There is
usually a wait at dinnertime. Kitchen is open til 9:30 most nights.
I like their Alfredo and the Onion Soup. The Ceasar Salad is always a
big hit too. Food ranges from burgers to top of the link steaks and seafood.
Full bar, that can get rowdy with locals on game nights.

| Brax Landing Restaurant | Harwich Port, MA | |
|
Location, location, location. Right on Saquatucket Harbor in Harwich,
MA. If it is a nice day, definitely try to get a seat outside. The food
is not bad. It is not the best, but ok. This is one of the few waterfront
restaurants on the Cape so that is the big draw. There is a large client
base that goes here just to drink and hang out. Sunday Buffet is worth
it.
There is usually a wait so be prepared. Brax Landing is an institution
and if you talk to people, more than likely, they'll be locals!

| Villa Roma | Harwich, MA | |

Small quaint restaurant. Food is always very delicious and fresh.
There is definitely a wait almost every night, even in the off season.
Parking can be a bit of an issue so if you are going with others, carpool.
They serve crunchy cracker sticks with pub cheese at the table. Their
specials are always yummy.
They are open from 5pm til close (generally about 9) nightly.

| Clancy's | Dennis Port, MA | |
|
Casual dining restaurant. They are open til 10pm every night. If you
don't mind eating later, go after 8:30pm for no wait lines. My favorite
is the Swordfish - which in season is on their special board. The Asian
Stir Fry is very good also.
Service can sometimes be slow, even when the restaurant isn't
that busy. Be prepared for that and you may be pleasantly surprised.
There are 3 restaurants on Cape Cod named Clancy's. They are not
all related. This one overlooks Swan River in Dennis. It's a beautiful
view. This Clancy's serves food on real plates and utensils.
Roger W.'s review is of the other Clancy's in Dennisport -
they are a very very casual, more beachy fried food place.

Fresh, hot and delicious food. The staff is wonderful as well. Drinks
are potent and atmosphere is relaxing. They are open very late. I believe
the bar is open til 12:30am and food is open til 1:30am. This is our favorite
late night food visit. Take out is good too! My favorite? Wonton Soup!
