There is a lot of good bar-b-que to be had in the DFW area. Unfortunately there are obviously not many people who know what good is. That is why places like Spring Creek are still in business. The food is average or less the value is poor and the atmospher is less than great. Tip: try some of the others in town, then if you still want to try this place and see what you have missed go ahead.
