I have been to Japan many times and am also a hard core fisherman. I know good fish and good sushi and so does Nobu! Nobu uses only the freshest, most choice ingredients and is always inventing tasty new morsels. My wife and I are lucky to live less then a mile from Nobu and have been a regulars since he and Ami opened, over 15 years ago. I'm not sure where the first two reviewers went for sushi but it wasn't Nobu's!
