almost good mexican food, not bad though if you have never been to mexico :) <br> atmosphere is ok. once you get past the waiters with an accent. overall thier food is ok.

this restaurant has a nice atmosphere; you can sit outside next to a fountain sipping margaritas. Great happy hour food! a nice place to go after a long day at work.

Ming Dynasty is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in Goleta, they serve awesome Kung Pao Chicken. Also a great lunch buffet. thier menu is reasonably priced and is as good as any great Chinese food that you will find anywhere. There is a large banquet room as well.

to locals this is the place to go for hamburgers. old style side of the road burger shack with patio seating. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. Thier milk shakes are to die for(the thick kind that you have to eat with a spoon. A favorite for young and old.

a great place for kids birthday parties(we had our daughters second birthday here); the kids can play while the parents relax with a glass of wine or a cold beer. Thier pizza is awesome, and the staff specialize in catering to families. very entertaining for the whole family.

close to the airport; Elephant bar is the place to go for happy hour. they have daily drink specials, and a happy hour spread. indoor or outdoor seating. Also great for family dinning(the have a large menu selection); don't forget to save room for dessert.

located at the corner of State St., and Anapamu; the place to be for the summer solstice parade! a great place to hangout and party while you watch the parade go by! be careful; sometimes it can get a little roudy. A good place to relax and watch the sunset as well as a romantic evening. An ideal place to stop for a bite while you are shopping up and down State St.

i live right down the street so i go there often (usually to see bands play) the food is ok, but overpriced for what you get. i mainly go there for the nightlife witch though being a small place they put on a hell of a show sometimes. Hoss Hogs showcases some of the best local punk bands in town= LAVISH GREEN =who always put on a great show; as well as "the Morones" who cover " the Ramones". <br> they also have decent drink specials as well. <br> <br> a good place to celebrate new years as well. <br> <br> tom
