| Gandy Dancer | Ann Arbor, MI | |
|
Wonderful place with a unique atmosphere. Set in an old train
station right next to some tracks that are still in heavy use.
Super wine list, impeccable service, and great food. Menu is
heavy on seafood and the kitchen does a superb job. I love this
place.

| Weber's | Ann Arbor, MI | |
|
Pretty good for a Hotel restaurant. Lots of UM pictures and memoribilia
on the walls. Broad menu and decent wine list.

| Cottage Inn Pizza | Ann Arbor, MI | |
|
Lots of hype but I was disappointed with the Pizza. It's good
and unique but nothing special. They tend to overdo the toppings
and neglect the sauce.

| B D's Mongolian Barbeque | Ann Arbor, MI | |
|
I really like this place. Huge variety to choose from and all you
can eat. The students manning the woks are very entertaining.
Everyone in the restaurant was smiling.

| Big Boy's Restaurant | Bowling Green, OH | |
|
Yeah, not good. Best feature is there open late and they do a killer
after hours business when the bars shut down. The place is dirty
and the service is not up to par.

| Pagliai's Pizza | Bowling Green, OH | |
|
When I was at BGSU, this place had the worst pizza in town. This
opinion was shared by all I knew. I can't believe it has changed
that much. With so many other great place to get pizza, why go here?

| Quarters Bar & Grill | Bowling Green, OH | |
|
College student hangout is right. The food is inconsistent.
It can be real good and real bad. I ordered a hot dog here once and
the bread was moldy. You never know what to expect here. A little
consistency and it would be a decent place to eat.

| Pisanello's Pizza | Bowling Green, OH | |
|
Pretty good pie and cheap. Good toppings and a good sweet sauce.
I lived on this stuff through college and was never disappointed.
Very consistent.

| Myles' Pizza Pub & Sub Shop | Bowling Green, OH | |
|
When I was at BGSU, Myles was the best Pizza around. Whenever I
run into alumni, Myles invariably come up. Thick crust to die
for. You must try this in BG.

| Junction Bar and Grill | Bowling Green, OH | |
|
This is one of the better places in BG to eat dinner. Nice dining
room with a wide menu. Food is good and consistent. Upstairs there
is a bar and a more laid back environment than the rest of the college
bars in town.

| Harraseeket Inn | Freeport, ME | |
|
Wonderful place to eat. Great ambiance and old colonial charm.
Try the lunch buffet at the Broad Arrow Tavern here. It will give
you a new appreciation for buffets. The food is out of this world
and the desserts are even better. I highly recommend this place.

| Gritty Mc Duff's | Freeport, ME | |
|
A pretty cool place with pub style food. Biggest attraction is
the on-site brewery. If your into microbrews, this is the place
to stop and eat in Freeport.

| Market Square Restaurant | South Paris, ME | |
|
Cafeteria style seating is your first clue not to expect a whole
lot. The menu is simple and the food is decent. Not much atmosphere
but in S Paris this in one of the very few placed I'd eat.

||
| Maurice Restaurant Francais | South Paris, ME | |
|
Located in an old Victorian house, this place has some antique
charm to it. Needs some updating though, carpet and woodwork
shows too much wear. The menu is French influenced but not too
Foo-Foo for the average joe. They have an extensive selection
of quiches which are excellent. The best restaurant in S Paris
as far as I'm concerned.

||
| Lafleurs Restaurant | Jay, ME | |
|
First off, your in Jay so don't expect the Ritz. This place
lacks any ambiance or charm but it's pretty clean. The menu
is extensive and the kitchen pulls it off pretty well. Desserts
are the pride of the staff and I recommend that you indulge.
|
||
| Rapid Ray's | Saco, ME | |
|
Well known for their burgers and fries, they have a loyal following.
If your diet will allow you, indulge a little and try a great hamburger.
Large servings and low prices.

||
| Bugaboo Creek Steakhous | South Portland, ME | |
|
If you've been to another Bugaboo, this one is no different
so you now what to expect. If you haven't, expect very good
food , reasonable prices, good service, and a very unique dining
environment. Adults love the food and kids love the animated
moosehead, christmas tree, buffalo head etc... I highly recommend
this to any family. The steak is just as good as the Outback in my
opinion.

| Wah Sun Chinese Restaurant | Chesterland, OH | |
|
True Wah Sun has been around for a long time, but they have very
little competition in the area. The food is decent but won't
knock your socks off. Your typical chinese fare done with very
little flair.
|
||
| Montgomery's Family Restaurant | Chesterland, OH | |
|
Been around for a while due to the low prices. Food is definetly
not the attraction. I'm reminded of the cafeteria from by
school days.
|
||
| Rosy Tomorrows | Danbury, CT | |
|
Will remind you of a TGIF or Ruby Tuesday's. Big pub style
menu and a large bar. Food is good and it's a good hangout to
have a few with your dinner.
