This place is awesome! I highly recommend it while vacationing
at Disney. A very FUN restaurant with great food. Prices are a
bit higher than normal, but you pay for a great atmosphere too.

| Riverworks Tavern | Newmarket, NH | |
|
This is a nice little restaurant for a quick meal. The prices were
pretty good and the food was tasty.

||
| Tavern At Rivers Edge | Exeter, NH | |
|
The food here is very good, although a bit high priced. This is
a cosy little restaurant in downtown Exeter near all the shopping.
Try to visit during off-peak hours though, this place fills up
fast!

| Pine Garden | Exeter, NH | |
|
This is one of the better Chinese Restaurants I've been to in a
long time. The appetizers are not too greasy, and the specialty
entrees are the best! The service here is very friendly and fast,
and there always seems to be a table available no matter what time
I arrive.

| Little Sicily | North Hampton, NH | |
|
This pizza place is very convenient when taking a break from shopping
at the North Hampton Outlets, but that's about the only thing
that would stop me there. The pizza is very large and thin (and
just average tasting). I haven't tried the subs here, but I'm
sure they're probably just like any other pizza/sub shop.

||
| Ashworth By the Sea Hotel | Hampton, NH | |
|
The view is definately beautiful (on Hampton Beach overlooking
the ocean). However, the prices are high and the food is just average.
If you are planning on dining here, it's best to do it off-season
(fall, winter, or spring). The traffic and crowds in the summer
are just not worth the trip.
|
||
| Mama Leone's | Hampton, NH | |
|
This place has good seafood -- but I recommend staying clear of
it in the summer if you don't like the crowds and traffic. They
are open year-round.

| Old Salt Eating & Drinking Pl | Hampton, NH | |
|
An excellent choice for awesome seafood! This restaurant burned
down last winter, but they re-opened in the Whale's Tale Restaurant
down the street in the Casino Building for the summer of 2000.
They are in the process of rebuilding on their old lot and hopefully
will be re-opening sometime in Spring of 2000. This is definately
the place to go to for the best seafood at great prices! The quantity
of food received is plentiful and the service is always very friendly.

||
| TNT Subs | Hampton, NH | |
|
This is a great choice for a quick sub or salad. Their taco salads
are awesome. You can either dine-in or take-out. Even at their
busiest times, they manage to keep the orders flowing. If you
love HOT chili -- this is definately the place to go. Even their
mild chili has some kick!

||
| Widow Fletcher's Tavern | Hampton, NH | |
|
A good choice for a casual night out. The seafood here is really
good. Salads are awesome -- especially their dill dressing!
Their seafood chowder was voted the best (and it is)! Be sure to
come early during peak hours, the restaurant isn't that large
(limited parking), and it fills up fast!

||
| Muddy River Smokehouse Co | Portsmouth, NH | |
|
Great place to go to for a wide variety of awesome dishes! The atmosphere
is really rather different than other restaurants (in a good
way). The service is very friendly and fast.

| Bagelry | Durham, NH | |
|
Bagels are nice, but combine them with meat, veggies, a blend
of cheeses, and special sauce, and they're AWESOME! The Bagelry
has so many combinations of bagel sandwiches, you've gotta go
there and try each one. The prices are awesome, and just one bagel
sandwich fills you up. Make sure to ask for a pickle with your sandwich
(in case they forget to give you one) -- they are the best I've ever
had!

| Benjamin's Restaurant/Lounge | Durham, NH | |
|
I just don't understand why most of the people I've talked to about
this restaurant say they love it so much. I've given it a couple
of chances, and either I wasn't happy with the flavor of the food,
or I got sick later that night or the next day. I don't think I will
be giving this place another chance.

||
| Markey's Lobster Pound | Seabrook, NH | |
|
Best place to go for awesome seafood. The building overlooks
the salt marsh and has plenty of entertainment (deck out back
allows you to feed the seagulls and look down at the fish in the
water below). This is a family-style restaurant where you place
your order, get a number, and wait for your order to be called.
The tables are very clean too -- unlike their competitor across
the street.

| Livingstone's At Manning Manse | North Billerica, MA | |
|
This place is amazing! The prices are really low for HUGE portions!!
Their menu is a novel (many pages, loaded with great entrees).
Every time I've been there, there hasn't been a wait for a table
-- no matter how crowded the restaurant is. It is in a very large
building with many many tables to choose from (both booths and
tables). Very casual atmosphere and friendly servers. Enjoy
lunch under-$10 and be prepared for bringing leftovers home
(I doubt you'll be able to finish it all). I've never ordered appetizers
here because I know I won't even be able to finish my entree. I highly
recommend Livingston's!!

||
| Common Man Restaurant | Windham, NH | |
|
A good choice for a nice night out. Dinner here is very relaxing
-- especially on those cold winter days. They've got a HUGE fireplace
(and that's not an understatement)! The food is very good and
portions are sizable. Service her is very friendly.
|
||
| Au Bon Pain Co., Inc. | Portsmouth, NH | |
|
A great choice for lunch at the mall. Their chicken combo meals
are really good. Also a healthy choice in wraps.
|
||
| Yoken's Thar She Blows | Portsmouth, NH | |
|
I've given this restaurant a few chances, but every time it fails.
My first time here I believe gave me food poisoning (I was sick
the whole next day). I waited about a year thinking that things
had changed, but the flavor of the food just wasn't good -- very
bland. The service was slow which resulted in the food being delivered
cold (many times). I've given this place all the chances I can
give, and I'll go there no more.

| Wirtshaus Restaurant | Methuen, MA | |
|
This place is rather expensive -- but definately worth the prices!
The food here is the best (very German). The restaurant has that
home-style feeling. It's a small house converted into a restaurant
(with individual rooms holding 7-10 tables each). The waitpeople
are dressed to the hilt and the bartender is the nicest guy in the
world. I highly recommend this establishment to all!
|
||
| Squire Ropers Tavern | East Hampstead, NH | |
|
Very nice semi-casual restaurant. Prices are excellent and
portions are ample. Food is awesome! I highly recommend this
establishment!! P.S.--Soups and salads are the best!
