You can tell when a place is doing something right. Texas Roadhouse's parking lot was packed, there was a waiting line inside (that went very quickly). The interior, although loud, had an air of friendliness. The free peanuts caused the biggest mess with the empty shells all over the floors, but the people didn't seem to mind because 1) the peanuts were free, and 2) the food was great! My 6 oz. sirloin couldn't have been tastier or cooked more perfectly! The mashed potatoes were delicious. My only comment is that their fresh veggies were not quite cooked well enough...an extra minute or two would have been better, but that also would have slowed their delivery time. All-in-all, I'd say this is an excellent place to eat!
