| Mama's Pizza & Heros | Tucson, AZ | |
|
The building that Mama's was in was torn down this year to make
way for office space. They were an awesome place, but I am not sure
where they moved. There is another location in Tucson though.

| Panchos Mexican Buffet | Mesa, AZ | |
|
Well, as far as buffet goes, I guess that you can't go wrong with
Pancho's. They're food was very good for mass produced, and the
service was speedy even with the rush. I like their enchiladas
and will go back again when I can build more room in my stomach.
If you can eat a ton, then this place is great because every time
you lift the flag they always bring more!

| Delio's Old World Pizza | Sierra Vista, AZ | |
|
Every time I go to this place on visits back home, they are always
geting better. They keep adding room or things to the ambiance.
Their pizza is great, but I love getting the works: appetizer,
entree, salad, and everything else. They are so good that I always
go to eat there when I am taking friends out to dinner in Sierra
Vista. There is always a lot of people who want to get in there,
so make reservations. It is the place to go in Sierra Vista for
italian food, without a doubt.

| Bechtel's Dairy & Restaurant | Lewisburg, PA | |
|
I would always go here with the people I worked with and get a sundae
on a warm summer night. They have real smooth ice cream that can
become habit forming. The cow in the front is a nice touch too.
There is not much in Lewisburg, so this is a good place to stop.

| Lewisburg Hotel | Lewisburg, PA | |
|
We would go here a lot for wings. I am not sure why, because they
were not nearly the best, but they were large. On wing night, they
just can not make them hot enough. Oh well, such is life. They have
good service and atmosphere, but the places gets real crowded
if any more than ten people are in there. Very pretty and clean
place though.

| Bull Run Inn | Lewisburg, PA | |
|
I could not believe that the food could be so good. They had the
best steak I had eaten in months, and they're barbeque sauce was
outstanding. Be prepared to splurge. This is the place to drop
a couple of twenties on yourself and a companion. The service
was awesome, and you could not beat the place for comfort and class.

| Two Pesos Mexican Cafe | Tucson, AZ | |
|
They have a great indoor and outdoor seating atmosphere for hanging
out with some friends and sharing some summer evenings. Their
prices are fairly reasonable and they have a decent salsa bar.
Their chips are good, but their food has a really different flavor
that I did not care for. It is definitely not the typical Mexican
restaurant fare. Their food has a lot of spice and flavor, and
they have lots of choices. Also, they have a good choice of alcoholic
beverages.

| Country House | Sierra Vista, AZ | |
|
The name of the restaurant keeps changing...it used to be Country
Kitchen. They serve a lot of classic American favorites, like
a Carrow's or Coco's, except without the national chain attachment.
They have great variety, and I recommend their fried chicken.
It is also a great place to eat because it is right next to a movie
theater, and you can catch dinner and a movie all in one place.
The restaurant is very nicely presented, and from inside to outside
looks new and exciting.

| Carusos Restaurant | Tucson, AZ | |
|
This is a very popular spot because it is next to the university
and is a very good date spot for the college crowd. The bread sticks
are pretty great, and they have good pasta dishes for a reasonable
price. The only thing is, that it is always very crowded and sometimes
the wait can be very long. The atmosphere is okay, although it
is a little moisy at times. The best time to go is lunch, because
dinner even on Monday and Tuesday could be crowded.

| Cosmic Pizza | Tucson, AZ | |
|
As far as I can tell and have heard, this restaurant closed. I heard
they had really great pizza, but unfortunately, they are not
open anymore.

| Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar | Tucson, AZ | |
|
The best dishes at Applebee's are the pasta dishes and chicken
dishes. They have good variety, but I prefer Chili's or TGIFriday's
when I go out. The best thing about Applebee's is their variety
of interesting drinks, most of the better ones there are non-alcoholic.
They make interesting fruit flavored drinks and have new desserts
often that deserve a try.

| Mandarin Grill The | Tucson, AZ | |
|
The one nice thing about the Mandarin Grill is that they have fast
delivery, although they have a minimum order amount. If you pair
up with someone else, then you can pretty easily cover the 10 dollar
minimum.
The egg foo young I ordered was heavily mixed with garlic which to me was not very good. Also, they did not include a lot of rice in my order, so I normally order fried rice as well. The egg flower soup was not great, and their egg rolls need some work, but they have real fried wontons with meat in them. There are many better places in Tucson. |
||
| Thirty$One Bakin$Robbins Ice Cream Stores | Tucson, AZ | |
|
I love peanut butter cup and world class chocolate ice cream.
My favorite all time flavor is Rocky Road, and they have the best
Rocky Road at all Baskin Robbins stores.
The prices are reasonable, and they have lots of good choices. They make great cakes with ice cream in them and they have take home pints and quarts. |

| Zachary's Pizza | Tucson, AZ | |
|
The restaurant was recently torn down and they moved to a location
on the other side (southside) of Sixth Street. The building was
torn down to make way for a parking garage. I was not too impressed
with their pizza when I went, but many of my friends swear by it
and they do have thick slices with lots of sauce and reasonable
toppings and cheese. The pizza we got was a little burnt, so I am
not sure I will go back.

||
| On the Border Mexican Cafe | Tucson, AZ | |
|
This is a really nice restaurant with lots of good entrees. Unfortunately,
many of their entrees are more Tex-Mex or ranch style than authentic
mexican. Their desserts are good though and they have beautiful
outdoor seating. This would be a great place to go for a after-dark
dinner or date.

| Ricardo's Mexican Restaurant | Sierra Vista, AZ | |
|
The food at Ricardo's is legendary for being great. Their drinks
are also incredible, and the atmosphere is first rate. The only
problem I have found is, when you go into the restaurant and they
are busy, the restaurant is very, very loud. The building is incredibly
accoustic, and the conversation of people around you becomes
very loud. I like to go in the mid-afternoon if possible and avoid
the rush. They have great strawberry margaritas.

||
| Vinny's New York Pizza | Sierra Vista, AZ | |
|
They have street signs from all over on the walls, and some pool
tables and pinball machines in the back. The wings are the best,
and I think their best pizza is their sausage. The have the best
deal on fifty wings in town, and they can go pretty quickly. The
management is very friendly, although refills aren't free.
The Buffalo, New York like atmosphere is great though.

| Jack's Original Barbeque | Tucson, AZ | |
|
There are some places that are famous....
This place should be up there with some of the best. They have incredible sandwich meat for pork sandwiches and their barbeque sauce is good and spicy. I love their hot links. The outside seating is very nice, and they have lots of variety for a pretty small price. I suggest getting a bunch of things and taking them home for a family feast, or getting one of their combos for a sit-in lunch. The best barbeque in Tucson.... |

| Szechuan Omei Inc | Tucson, AZ | |
|
The lady who runs the restaurant is very nice. She has been in Tucson
forever and has a very good personality. The restaurant is run
well, although we had a horrible waitress. She forgot a lot of
things, and it was not very busy at the time. I think that maybe
she was having an off day, but the atmosphere was great and the
food was very good. The egg rolls were great and their egg flower
soup is some of the best I have had. I liked their cashew chicken,
although it was not the best I have had.
