| Maine Diner | Wells, ME | |
|
I came here with my mother and my sister and her fiance for lunch
and it was great. We all have very different tastes and we all left
satisfied and impressed. The Maine Diner has a great homey atmosphere
and the food is delicious and plentiful.

| Glory Jean's Diner | Plymouth, NH | |
|
Last time I went to this restaurant it was disappointing. Glory
Jeans was good when it first opened, but that time has passed.
Also, as far as I know this restaurant is no longer open, at least
not this summer.

| Singapore Restaurant & Lounge | Fitchburg, MA | |
|
If you are in the mood for chinese this is the place to go!! Singapore
offers the best Chinese food in the area.

| Camp Hill Diner | Camp Hill, PA | |
|
Great place to hang out. Food is good, service friendly. Inexpensive
and open all night so it's great for the college crowd, too.

| Shain's | Sanford, ME | |
|
Shain's is my favorite place to go whenever I'm in the area. The
food is good, and the people are friendly. The ice cream is to die
for! If you are in Sanford you MUST go to Shane's for the ice cream,
if nothing else. It is the only place I can find decent ginger ice
cream. Their's is terrific! (The other flavors are also superb
and the sundaes are incredible) Shane's also hosts a farmer's
market and small candy shop. FYI

| Kimball Farms | Jaffrey, NH | |
|
The food here is great - classic summer dining. The reason you
must visit this restaurant, however, is the ice cream. Kimballs
has the best ice cream around. They use all natural ingredients,
nothing is added. The taste is out of this world! Beware - the portions
are huge! A small is more than enough for most people. Request
a kiddie cone for the kids or light eaters unless you want to finish
it for them. The sundaes are also huge so watch out. I wouldn't
recommend most of them for just one person. Kimballs is a great
value.

| Parker's Maple Barn | Greenville, NH | |
|
All of Parker's food is good, but if you're going to bother going
- get breakfast. Breakfast is available all day here and it is
spectacular. For around $6 you can get one of Parker's Barn's
delicious plate sized pancakes with real maple syrup (no extra
charge). This is more than enough to fill most people. They offer
a variety of choices of pancake flavor depending on the season,
and I've never tasted one that wasn't spectacular. As an added
bonus, Parker's has alot of county ambiance and flair (It's located
in an old barn, for one thing). The servers are friendly and the
prices are more than fair considering the quality and quantity
of the food. There is also a great little giftshop outside and
other fun things.

| Hard Rock Cafe$Restaurant | Boston, MA | |
|
Hard Rock's ok, but be mindful it exists as a tourist trap. The
food is good and the servers are friendly, but it's a little pricey
and the line's are (very) long. If you're into rock and roll it's
worth it for a fun night out, but don't bother if you like a quiet,
peaceful dinner - you won't get it.

| Espresso Pizza | Fitchburg, MA | |
|
Some rave about the pizza here, but the sauce is a little too sweet
and a tad too plentiful for my taste. I wasn't overly impressed.

| Fitchburg Jade Chinese Rstrnt | Fitchburg, MA | |
|
The food here's good and the prices are decent. There is no off
street parking, however, and trying to find a space in downtown
Fitchburg can be a pain.

| Sumerdale Diner | Enola, PA | |
|
The food is pretty good and the service is decent. It's inexpensive
and open all night, so it's very popular with the local college
students. It's never empty, but I've never had to wait, either.

| Isaac's Deli | Mechanicsburg, PA | |
|
Isaac's is an excellent little sandwich shop. The servers are
friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the food is to die for!
They have a full range of vegetarian fare, as well as plenty of
choices for the meat-eating set. I've never had food from here
I didn't enjoy. Isaac's also offers desserts and a good sized
kiddie menu, as well as evening discounts. The place has cool
poin't to spare with exotically named dishes, crazy neon and
chrome decor and a very cool pink flamingo theme.

| Bob's Diner | Brewster, NY | |
|
This is the best little restaurant I've found all year! The food
is inexpensive, very tasty, classic diner food. It's open all
night on weekends so it's a great place to meet interesting people.
The servers are very friendle and the place has very cool, classic
diner ambiance. Brewster itself is an adorable town and this
place has to be it's crown jewel.

| Chinese Buffet | Olean, NY | |
|
The draw of this place is that it is an all-you -can-eat buffet.
The food howevewr, is mediocre at best. Quite often there is little
but straight meat to be found. The name "Chinese" is deceptive
since they serve anything from onion rings, hot dogs, and jell-o
to sushi. Most of the food actually appears to be quite American.
What service there is is good, but for the most part the place is
loud and boring. Not high on my list.
