This restaurant is so creative -- from the presentation
of the food to the restaurant's decor. The atmosphere
here is one of the best I've experienced in Palo Alto.
I would describe the food as New Orleans cajon meets
Southwestern meets California! I loved the grilled
Salmon with voodoo rice. And don't forget to order a
pitcher of Sangria.

It's a great place to go on a week night with some good
friends. You can have some very interesting
conversations while grilling your own food. I suggest
getting a complete dinner, and you will not go away
hungry! The appetizers, soup, and salad are just as
good as the meats, seafood, and vegetables that you
grill. Plus, they have my favorite ice cream -- Green
Tea!

This is a great restaurant to go to with a group of people because
they can partition off a section of the restaurant with lattice which
makes your gathering more intimate. We had a group of 7 adults, and
we ordered 4 entrees and drinks, and we each only paid $10 for dinner!
We were really full too! The Mamba beer from Africa is definitely
worth trying. The zuchinni dish was a spicy but delicious entree.
I'll be going back there!

| Mistral Restaurant | Redwood City, CA | |

This is my favorite restaurant in Redwood City/Shores. The location
is beautiful since it is located on the lagoon, and the
Californian/Italian food is excellent. The fresh bread that they
bring you is right out-of-the wood-burning stove and still warm. I
would recommend the pizza and pasta dishes, but the salads are good
too. Great atmosphere if you want a little noise.
