I ate at the Heidelberg many many years ago. It is more a college student atmosphere as it is close to campus. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly but the whole place seemed rather dark. After a few drinks I didn't care if it was dark. Overall a decent restaurant/bar but not for the older crowds.

This is a truckstop. It's not really a family restaurant. It caters to truckdrivers and since there is a bar upstairs it caters to drunks after hours. The food is excellent but I wouldn't take my family there for a nice quiet meal.

The atmosphere is wonderful here. The 50's and 60's memorabilia are enough to make anyone go back a second and third time. The food is superb with nice sized portions. The staff are very friendly. A wonderful family restaurant but it's very small so be prepared to wait in line.

Since my husband and I both recieved food poisoning the 1 and only time we ate at G&D I have to give this restaurant a very poor rating. The staff was unfriendly, down right rude. The food was overcooked to the point our steaks were black. We went during an off hour so there wouldn't be any chance of not getting a seat. The restaurant was not clean. Health inspectors could have a field day with this place.

I haven't eaten at this restaurant in a few years. When I had been there I can tell you the food was quite good. Nice sized portions and the desserts were to die for. I had some sort of chocolate brownie pie thing that was soooo scrumptious. Small restaurant but a nice quiet atmosphere. Alot of campers from the lake so be prepared to be around lots of tourists.

The Bobber is a truckstop that caters to truckdrivers. I would not consider this a family restaurant. The food is good and staff are friendly but I wouldn't take Grandma to Sunday brunch here.
