Steaks and ribs are excellent. They are the best I have eaten anywhere. Salads are also excellent. The Caeser Salad is better than none other. The homemade rolls (on the premises) are hot and yummy especially topped with their honey cinnamon butter. the chicken critters are huge. You will not go away hungry from the Texas Roadhouse. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason for a 4 and not a 5 rating is: the wait to get table is sometimes in excess of 15 minutes(because the food is worth waiting for!) and the country music being played intermittently is a bit loud.
