| Robintino's | Bountiful, UT | |
|
Good Italian & American food. Generous portions, attentive
servers. Usually have to wait several minutes for a table at this
popular place -- well worth the wait.

| Wingers | Bountiful, UT | |
|
Very noisy. French fries were very salty. Sandwich was tasty,
but nothing to write home about.
|
||
| Olive Garden | Layton, UT | |
|
Really enjoy the neverending breadsticks & salad bowl. This
is better than average for a franchised type Italian "joint".

| The Lone Star Steak House | Layton, UT | |
|
Really GOOD food. The sweet bourbon salmon is a favorite. We were
sorry to find that they no longer serve peanuts in the shell as
an appetizer. (I heard that a customer slipped on a shell on the
floor & sued. Too bad, the peanut thing was one of the things that
made this a fun place to go.) Dinner salad is huge and the house
dressing is especially tasty. The baked sweet potato is enormous
and with cinnamon/sugar & butter it is more like a dessert that
a sidedish. Did I say dessert? Try the brownie with ice cream --
that is if you have room after the generous servings of hot brown
bread, salad, & entree.

| Cutler's | North Salt Lake, UT | |
|
Closed at this location. They have a drivethru in Bountiful.
Their sandwiches are fresh and generously filled. The soups
are homemade and good. They are famous for their homemade style
cookies, which are delicious.

| Training Table | Salt Lake City, UT | |
|
Chill out, Bob M. Have you ever heard of speaking to the manager
or asking for a customer review card. Service is only as good as
the training the employee receives. If managment don't hear
from the customer why they won't come back, managment can't correct
the problem.
The food is typical of this type of place. It is nice to phone your
order in, pick it up yourself, then return to your private booth
for uninterrupted time to enjoy your fast-food meal and conversation
with your companions.

| Rodizio | Salt Lake City, UT | |
|
The full rodezio!!!! Try the pickled quail eggs, just one of the
unusual choices at the salad bar. My daughter enjoys the fried
bananas. This a real "carnivor's" heaven. You can try a seemingly
unlimited variety of meats, poultry, fruits cooked over open
flame. The desserts are so rich and delicious it is difficult
to finish one. The servers are friendly and fun. There costumes
add to the overall experience. This is place is worth travelling
out of your way to visit.

| Fendall Ice Cream Co | Salt Lake City, UT | |
|
I've been going here since high school. Fendalls was the place
to go after sporting events at West High School in the 1960's.
Their ice cream treats are still the best anywhere.

| Diamond Lil's Restaurant | Salt Lake City, UT | |
|
Average food. Good service. A little run-down looking, but okay
for a steak house.
|
||
| Hometown Buffet | Salt Lake City, UT | |
|
Food is good for this type of restaurant. Some locations of this
chain are better than others. For the price & the all you can eat
choices, this is an okay place
