This is the BEST steakhouse in town. The atmosphere is pleasing and the have a live band and dancing on weekends. Black Angus also has a wine list that is excellent. You may want to make reservations here on the weekends.

Rock Creek is a small restraunt with good food. This restraunt is a local favorite. Low lighting for the bar/grill restraunt effect.

Papa Kelseys has excellent meatball sandwiches in their sandwich selections and the pizza is very tasty. You can do a little window shopping in the small shopping area where they are located while you wait for your order to be completed it you want. Papa Kelseys also delivers.

The Depot Grill is actually a remoldeled railroad depot. (although it does just looks like your run-of-the-mill roadside diner) Many folks hit this restraunt after bars close for coffee and conversation. Average menu..but I suggest the club sandwich.

Friday night Prime rib special is the best. Excellent prime rib and a good wine list with local vineyard wines available. The view is terrible (hotel pool) but interior is tastefully decorated. The hotel bar is located next to the restraunt and if it kareoke night or they have a live band you will be listening to that while you dine. Dress is casual.

Exterior and interior of this restraunt is tastefully decorated. They have very good prime rib. A room for large gatherings is also available.

Food at the Benton House is wonderful. Plenty of food even tho cost is highest for the area. Wine and drinks served. Interior is delightful. This was originally a real house now converted to a restraunt. If you get time visit the Truman Lake visitors center just down the road before dinner.

The food here is awful...although the view is wonderful located above waters edge on the Osage river.

This is the best buffet of all buffets. You have your choice of American, Mexican, Southern, seafood, Chinese, and dessert bars. My kids Love this place.

The restraunt has average-good food. But if you buy tickets for the show and make reservations at the restraunt also you get front row seating for the show. I love to walk around the cute and expensive shops around Westport before dining...nice strolling.

If you want institutional tasting food ..this is the place for you. The service is awful also.

If you are HUNGRY..this is the place. Lotsa food for your buck. Dress is casual. I would rate this restraunt excellent but the interior is small and nothing special but food well makes up for atmosphere.

Same kind of KFC you have in your own hometown..nothing special here. Drive-thru available.

Average McD's but the lines here are almost always long. Traffic is terrible too.

I love Taco Bell food. But Taco Bell food is the same at all Taco Bell's and that is what you'll find here. Although its a nice stopping point on the way down to the Lake with shopping and gas within walking distance.

Sports bar atmosphere is what you will find at Hero's Restraunt and Pub. Burgers to steaks, pies and pasta. Full bar. This restraunt is a favorite for tourists and locals alike.

Homestyle dining on the historic Clinton Square. All you can eat catfish on Friday nights. Food is average. Window shop around the square after lunch or dinner.

Real drive-in restraunt. Park your car in a stall and read the menu and order from your car...Just sit and eat if ya like. Kinda like the old A&W restraunts. Try thier 7up with lime and cherries. Their burgers are good and they have a nice childrens menu too.

This is..well...Pizza hut. Good food, clean atmosphere. Employees are friendly

This restaurant will be moving to the corner N.W. corner of hwys 7 & 13. Near Amocco gas station. The owner and employees are very friendly. The food is authentic Chinese. Comparable to other Good Chinese restraunts. No wonton soup but they have everything else you could want. There is also a buffet if that is what you like.
