A bit overpriced. Live Greek music, a little schmaltzy, and prices
seem a little high. Food is average.

in the valley.

| Art's Delicatessen & Restrnt | Studio City, CA | |
|
Art's is probably the most famous deli in the Valley. It's been
here ever since I can remember. The food is great deli food. It
has a classic deli atmosphere. A little pricey for what you get,
but worth it for the experience.

| Out Take Cafe | Studio City, CA | |
|
Great food at an exceptionally good price. Food is nouvelle.
Space is tight, and you may have to wait, but many stars frequent
the Out Take, so chances are you could spot a couple while you're
waiting.

| Bistro Garden At Coldwater | Studio City, CA | |
|
Very old school upscale crowd. Nouvelle cuisine. This is the
Sister restraunt to The Bistro in Beverly Hills. Both have exceelent
food.

| Kung Pao China Bistro | Studio City, CA | |
|
This is a fairly new Chinese restaurant on Ventura Blvd. Ambiance
is very nice, both outside and inside seating. The food was good;
sauces were light. It's worth a try.

||
| Pinot Bistro | Studio City, CA | |
|
This is a trendy, high priced nouvelle restaurant. I felt it was
a little overpriced for what you get. I was not too impressed witht
he food, and service was a bit lacking. But it's a trending upscale
power lunch location.

| Killer Shrimp | Studio City, CA | |
|
Killer Shrimp is a chain. The menu is VERY basic. Basically they
have shrimp, shrimp and shrimp. But the shrimp is really excellent.
It's`prepared several different ways. Ambiance is black industrial.
It's a very cool place to hang-out, suck down some beers and nibble
on shrimp.

Right next door to the Out Take Cafe, this is a very good mexican
restaurant. Great bar, terrific margaritas. If you can;t get
into the Out Take, definitely check out Mexicali

| Baja Fresh | Studio City, CA | |
|
This is a chain. It's good, cheap, fresh, healthy tex-mex cuisine.
A great place for a quick bite for lunch or dinner. Terrific salsa
bar. Try the Baja Steak Burrito.

||
| Du Par's Restaurants & Bakery | Studio City, CA | |
|
Du Pars is an institution and a landmark in the Valley. It's been
here forever.
Breakfasts are the best meals here, but expect to wait a bit if
you come at peak hours on the weekends. Try the pancakes, very
sweet and buttery.
