I've visited restaurant...and was surprised by the condition of the sashimi, especially hamachi sashimi that came out as part of combo dinner, to an experienced sashimi eater, it's obvious when the fish is not fresh or too chewy to be served, the service wasn't too impressive either....shari(sushi rice) seemed aged, neta(fillet for sushi) not nicely cut. Well, what can i say more?
