This is the only place around to drink or eat for thirty miles in any
direction. Located on the backside of Mt Hamilton 8 miles further up
the road from my ranch. Fair to good hamburgers and sandwiches.
Occasional dinner specials and breakfast, very modest food. Hangout
for all the underemployed locals in the San Antone Valley. Really
cold draught beer. Pool table. Popular stopping spot for the bikers
that motor through every weekend. Lottie is the new owner and a real
nice lady. (A grumpy old man used to own it years ago.)

| Anita's Taqueria | Livermore, CA | |

The outside and inside don't
look like much, but the food
is real good, as attested to
by the large lunch crowd.
A best buy in Livermore for
Mexican cuisine.

Top quality dim-sum that

This is probably the best Chinese restaraunt for food
that I've ever eaten at (I'm 46 and 100# overweight,
so I qualify as an expert). My mom lives in Lakewood
and I live near San Francisco, but we make it a point
to go here when I visit town.
The real world is that the best often grow complacent.
I haven't been here in three years, but I hope it
hasn't deteriorated.
