| Olde Towne Grille | Kennesaw, GA | |
|
Old Towne Grill is a great neighborhood bar & grill. The menu compares
to that of TGI Friday's, but the food isn't quite as good. The atmosphere,
however, makes up for the lack in culinary value. It is somewhat
a mix between Fridays and Hooters. If you are planning a "guys
night out", start your evening at Old Towne.

| Sweet Tomatoes | Kennesaw, GA | |
|
Sweet Tomatoes is the perfect restaurant for the dieting diner.
The salad bar is unreal. Anything I have ever wanted to have in
a salad (and a few things I didn't) are available and FRESH. The
highlight for me was the wonderful breads and soups. The health
conscious diner should put Sweet Tomatoes at the top of their
list.

| Pappasito's Cantina | Marietta, GA | |
|
Pappasito's is by far the BEST mexican restaurant in the Atlanta
metro area. After dining at Pappadeaux, I had to try Pappasito's.
I have been all over the country to scores of mexican restaurants,
but none compare to Pappasito's. The food and atmosphere are
perfect. At times the restaurant can be crowded, but that is only
because it is so good. Each time we have encountered a crowd, we
have quickly found a seat or table at the bar for chips and salsa
and drinks. If you also love seafood, try the Mahi special if it
is available. You will NOT be sorry!

| Bahama Breeze | Kennesaw, GA | |
|
Bahama Breeze caught my attention as it was being built last winter.
The menu is unique and the atmosphere is relaxing. With a Jimmy
Buffet (island) type atmosphere, the restaurant is inviting.
If you can deal with a wait, it is worth a try.

| Ernie's Steakhouse | Acworth, GA | |
|
Ernie's has great food, but the atmosphere leaves a little to
be desired. If they spent a little to update the interior, it would
be a great place.

| Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen | Marietta, GA | |
|
This one is a little pricy, but well worth it! If you are having
company from out of town, take them to Pappadeaux. The Mahi special
(if available) is HIGHLY recommended. If you are a seafood buff,
Pappadeaux is the place in the Atlanta area to dine.

| Williamson Brothers Bar-B-Q | Marietta, GA | |
|
When I first moved to Marietta, the haunting aroma of Williamsons
was less than a mile from my house. It is the best barbecue in metro
Atlanta. Do not leave without trying the brunswick stew. The
atmosphere is "rustic" and "down home", but the food is top notch!

| Dave & Buster's | Marietta, GA | |
|
D&B is the Chuck E. Cheese for the whole family! The food is wonderful.
The Service is lightning fast. The gameroom has something for
EVERYONE! From Virtual Reality to Skeeball, it will thrill the
whole family. If you win tickets, there are even prizes fit for
the adults.
