Excellent food, less than excellent location and service. More of a bar atmosphere than a restaurant. A favorite of locals looking more for the value for money than anything else.

the food is just ok the type of place you would go after a night of drinking when nothing else is open.the service is hoe hum especially if your not a native hawaiian so once again this is a place to go after a night of drinking and you don't know any better!

The BBQ is great, but you gotta go for the cookies-chocolate/pecan and dipped in chocolate.

Food is very flavorful and with their new location in Hoover, seating and space is no longer such a problem.... We've never had anything not good from there... a long history and tradition is carried on in personalized service and the owners seem to really enjoy seeing you each time to come in... Friendly atmosphere and great food for the soul...

Nice food, although not as cutting edge as its reputation seems to suggest. Inside is a bare cut above a Houstons, but if you can sit outside, the view is worth the high prices. In cool weather they heat the outdoors almost too much Be presumptuous -- go in nice weather, sit outdoors and have a drink and maybe nibble an appetizer.

Some of the best food in Atlanta. A very small establishment with tables very close to each other. Get ready for your taste buds to explode with pleasure!

The free-range chicken and potato-goat cheese tortellini are a must! Service is friendly and helpful. The complementary basket of bread is extremely generous. You can make a meal of the bread alone! The kitchen turns out appealing and tasty desserts as well. Look for the passion fruit cheesecake or any of the sublime chocoholic desserts!

This is my favorite restaurant! For the price it can't be beat. We have to drive 45 minutes to get there but it is worth the drive. They have a great wine list. Their private label wines are excellent. Their bread alone is worth the visit. Every appitezer, entree and dessert I have ever had there has been superb. I can't say enough about the food. The atmosphere is great. Their only downfall is the noise but once you taste the food, you can no longer hear because your taste buds will overpower all your other senses. If you have not been to Canoe, GO!!!

Went for Sunday brunch and really enjoyed. Menu was a bit limited but prices were not bad compared to the dinner menu which seemed a trifle steep. Food somewhat trendy but tasty. Good wine list. View of the river is nice.

What great atmosphere! The rabbit is excellent. The ostrich is so tender. The wine list is fairly extensive. I had great service as well. I highly recommend this one. You better get a reservation on the weekend.
