Lupe Tortillas is by far the best place in the country to eat beef fajitas!!! I no longer live in Houston, but on a weekly basis miss this restaurant. The wait is long on weekends, but well worth whatever you have to wait. I have personally waited 3 hours on a VERY busy weekend night, and did not mind. They have a bar area that serves excellent margaritas to help pass time while you wait. The restaurant is family owned, and as far as I know is the only one!!!!
