This is without a doubt a world class fine restaurant. My family and I eat there a couple of times a year and everything is always perfect. Where so many of Seattle's better restaurants fall down is service quality but not Rover's. I have eaten in fine restaurants all over the US and Europe and Rover's is the equal of any Michelin starred place I've been to. Expensive and worth it.
