i used to live on coranodo dr about two blocks away from this restaurant, right behind the adam's mark hotel (one of the nicest on the beach) but any way this little place had an excellent breakfast, coffee was great and HOT, and the service was friendly, courteous, very prompt. just a pleasant place place to eat. they made you feel more than just a customer.
