The food was ok but nothing to write home to Mom about. The service was not good at all. It's an ok place to go if you are just looking for something to fill up on. I really wouldn't recommend it though.

I love to eat at Cracker Barrel. The food is always good and you can always count on it being clean. They have just good down home food and the prices are reasonable. I love their chicken salad sandwich and they also have dellicious deserts. After you eat all you can hold you can brouse around in their country store. They also have a big front porch with rocking chairs so you can sit and rock and enjoy the scenery. I would recommend Cracker Barrel to anyone who is looking for a good, clean, reasonably priced place to eat. The atmosphere is great and you are sure to have a pleasant meal.

I have eaten at this Shoney's resturant once but never intend to eat there again. The food was terrible and it was not the cleanest place I was ever in. The servers were slow and not friendly. I could not recommend this resturant to anyone.

Catfish Inn is a pretty nice resturant. They have several good things on their menu. Their catfish is very good but their hush puppies are somewhat lacking. They have great bar-b-q chicken and ham. I have always recieved good service there. All in all it's a pretty good place to eat.

I have been eating at Dubs Bugers for years. I used to own a business on the same block so I ate there almost every day. They have wonderful hamburgers that taste like home cooked. They will fix the burgers any way you want them. In the wintertime, if you are lucky, try their homemade chili. The owner makes it himself and it is the most wonderful chili I have ever tasted. The people who work there are just down home people and very friendly. It is just a little hole in the wall but people come from all around to try Dub's Burgers. Try it and you will be sure to go back again and again.

Lawlers Is a very good place to eat. They have wonderful shredded barbeque chicken and loaded baked potatoes. They are located across from Athens State College. They are a very clean resturant but the people who work there could take some lessons in southern hospitality.

Steak Out has some pretty good food. Their steaks are good and I love the salads. Their prices are a little high and I live about three miles from them and they won't deliver to my house. I have to go there to pick it up. I would probable eat there more often if they would deliver to my home. They also have a great chicken sandwich.

I love Whitt's Barbeque. It is always so tender and juicy. The only problem with them is the hours that they are open. They close at 6pm and it is usually hard for me to get there before they close. I do love the food when I am able to get it. I would recommend Whitt's to everyone who is hungry for some good barbeque.

I used to love to eat at Arbys but never eat there anymore. The food is terrible, fly's are swarming all over the place and the whole resturant is just not clean. I used to love their roast beef sandwiches. They will have to do a major clean-up before I go back.

This resturant has really good Catfish. You will love eating here because it is built around a pond. This pond is where they get their fish and they are really good. They have lots of room and the service is good. A pretty good inexpensive place to eat.

Krispy Kreme donuts are absolutely the most delicious donuts you will ever find anywhere. I love to go there and eat them in the resturant while they are still warm. Not bad to take a dozen or so home with you either.

Olive Garden is a pretty good place to eat. The spaghetti is pretty good and I love their salads and bread sticks. The atmosphere is good and the service is good. A pretty good all around place to eat.

I love to eat at Shogun. The food is wonderful and it is so much fun to watch them cook right in front of you. The person that does the cooking is usually funny and very friendly. You eat at the table with other people and it is just like one big happy family. A very good resturant to go and have good food and lots of laughs.

Longhorn is a really good place to go for a great steak. The atmosphere is great, and the food is clean. I have always recieved great service there. It is where I usually go when I am hungry for a steak and don't want to cook it myself. Very clean and very busy.

I always enjoy eating at Applebee's because they are a very clean resturant and have really good food. I love the chicken stir fry. I also love their sandwiches. They have some really great deserts. Just be sure to have someone there to share it with you because they give you really hugh servings. A very good place to eat and very good service.

This is a small resteraunt that has fantastic food at a reasonable price. They are only open Thursday thru Sunday. They have real good barbeque, fried fish, I haven't eaten anything there that wasn't good. The service is great and all the workers are very friendly. Be sure to try their wholemade chocolate pie, it is out of this world!! This is a great place to eat for someone who wants good food at a great price in a quiet friendly atmosphere.

A very nice place to eat. A very clean resturant. The service is very good and the food is excellent. They have a wonderful "Fried Chicken Salad" and their rolls are delicious. They have great burgers but I must warn you, they are hugh!!! I can gurantee you won't "leave there hungry".
