It's one of those places you've gotta visit because it's a part on the NY experience. The nice surprise is that the food is great. I think the service depends on you. It is crowded, but it's what makes the place what it is. Cheescake is definitely a must.

Don't judge a book by it's cover comes in handy when you arrive. But this will probably be one of the best steaks you will enjoy! Pricy, but worth it. Steaks are their specialty, I would stick to that. Service varies.

I recently visited this place for the first time. It was snowing outside, and everyone could enjoy the view from the big picture windows. They had a huge fire going and nice Italian Music in the background. The food was the icing on the cake.

Really nice treat. They give you a lot for what you pay. No need to ask for extra flavoring, they are very generous. You can mix & match, or create your flavor. There's a bit of a line, because they make them as you order, but it's worth the wait!
