You will get a nice fresh bowl of chips and very, very mild salsa. The only hot sauce on the table was way over the top green habanero that ruined/overpowered the salsa if addded. The food was just so-so. I tried a combo plate just to get a feel for their skills and the soft taco was bland, and the enchilada was covered in chile sauce from a can. If you've ever eaten authentic Mexican restaurant food, or even good home made, this isn't even close. less

The se ... more Sharon R. - My BF and I decided to try this restaurant this past Saturday (02/28) to our great disappointment. He ordered chicken parm and I the whitefish. The service was fair as the waitress seemed confused about the menu and not properly trained to answer questions about particular dishes. The Bruschetta appetizer was a 3 on a scale of ten - - served on the same sourdough from the bread basket with cold over powering salsa. Our salads left more to be desired as well (served ice cold, which I prefer either slightly chilled or room temp) and while mine was suppose to have a creamy italian type - - the dressing seemed like more of a caesar (w/egg - - which I am allergic to). Once the main course hit the table, I knew immediately this went from bad to worse! The chick parm appeared to be two breasts which were split and pounded paper thin allowing the restaurant to get two meal portions instead of one out of a breast). The garlic mashed on both plates were obviously over whipped and pasty. Then the winner: The whitefish - - for the most part 'looked' okay, BUT, was not only MUSHY, but obviously served beyond it's expiration date. Fish should be firm to the touch before preparing it, not to mention once it hits the plate. This was like taking a bite of smelly, bottom of the fish bowl smelling, mush! We were both very, very disappointed! Once the waitress 'finally' came to the table to check on us (which btw - they were NOT busy at all!), I informed her of the fish problem and sent it back. A few minutes later, a gentleman in a dirty apron approached me to inquire as to my dissatifaction. After explaining to him my brief thoughts about the 'fish' and that it appeared to have been cooked and served beyond it's date, he assured me he would look in the walk-in and check the other seafood (which I highly doubt he did); however, it wasn't until I asked who he was that he told me he was Mark - one of the managers. Nice job, Mark! NOT! While he did take the fish dinner off of our bill, we will NOT be returning to this establishment [ever]. And as for presentation: There was NONE! Thank GOD neither of us got sick !! less
