ALL of the employees were RUDE!!!!!! we had to wait 1 1/2 until our food got to us, then there were people that got there after us and got there food before us and they asked why it took so long and the waiter told them there meal is free, and they told us they were having problems in the kitchen? why wasnt ours free? the lady at the front counter smelled like she hasnt showered sense birth! i will never go there again! less

Sam M. - I have only been to fast Eddy's during the night time hours so I have nothing to comment on the food, but to just get one beer you must wait behin ... more Sam M. - I have only been to fast Eddy's during the night time hours so I have nothing to comment on the food, but to just get one beer you must wait behind 300 people crammed at a bar and once you realize nobody is ordering anything you have to forcefully push your way to one of the sides of the bar. If your lucky one of the bartenders won't be having a full conversation with a customer trying to get numbers and might acutally get you a beer. It is a very gross grimey place to be at night and definately not a classy place. If you prefer to smell like old beer and vomit then this is the place for you! less

I have for 2 years now and just wanted to share a few things about the restaurant. First, if youâ€™re looking for a great steak come in and see us. I personally recommend our ribeyesâ€™, I've eaten many of them at many different places and I still think ours are the best, excellent flavor profile even for the picky steak eater. Second, if you ask for me I will personally serve you and provide you with great service. I promise this to you and everyone I serve. If I can't serve you, I will make sure you get a another great server there to provide you with the experience you deserve when you go to a steakhouse. I do not know what has happened over the last few years, but it has gone downhill. We used to order from them for each family member's birthday. Not anymore! The meat is usually very dry and the ribs have been consistantly overdone. There is also another problem we have experienced since the beginning (not just the last few years). I do not think there has ever been a time that our large carry outs have ever been spot on. There seems to always be something missing. Barbecue sauce, bread, baked beans...always something. I did wisen up and I began going through the bags and counting everything before I left the restaurant. It is very sad to see the quality of food diminish as much as it has. Suggestion: Please go back to the management team you had in the beginning. If you are cutting corners on quality, please don't. People do not mind to pay a little extra if the quality is there. less
