We thought we would give it another try through the drive thru, and they closed the drive-thru window 15 minutes early and the yelled thru the window "Drive on, we closed." It's a shame because my company caters from here often and the food is delicious, but we will NOT be ordering from here again. Good thing I'm in charge of catering. We will be searching for another BBQ joint with better service. less

I had wanted to go here for years, and finally made it, but was actually a little disappointed. We had a long wait, no room at the bar, and there's nowhere to even sit or stand, so we walked around the sort-of interesting neighborhood. The Faded Rose wasn't that attractive-looking; I had been told it was elegant. It's super-noisy. The steak was just OK. Jambalaya was pretty good, I was told. We had a nice, efficient waiter and have no real complaints. It was just an expensive let-down. I'd rather go to Doe's. less

It's $12.50 for a senior that includes tax and a drink and it's $11.17 without a drink. It's $5 for kids ages 5-8 and I believe $7 for kids ages 9-12 and kids under 5 eat free! I am one of the employees there, I'm usually at the cash register on Fridays and Saturdays. We are 4 days a week: Wednesday 4:30pm-8pm, Thursday 4:30pm-8pm, Friday 4pm-8:30pm, and Saturday 4pm-8:30pm less

The other things I have eaten there have been good also. It's the best and most consistent Mexican food in Jacksonville or Cabot. There is one in North Little Rock I like better but when we don't feel like driving, Cancun is the place. Oh and we eat Mexican food at least twice a week!! less

The service was BAD, service was SLOW and the staff was very RUDE. The messed up our order. They aoutomatically added a 20% tip. When we complained to the manager, she argued with us and insulted us. DO NOT GO!!!!! less
