Because Benton is a dry county, you do have to become a member to access the back "Social Club" area where liquor is served. The atmosphere is great. We were waited on by Lane, the owner's son. The menu was impressive, small, but impressive. Who would believe you could order Welsh Rarebit in Benton? We ordered the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer and there was more than enough for 4 to nibble on. We both had the Pasta Primavera with Gulf Shrimp, her's with Basil Tomato sauce, mine with the Four Cheese sauce and again, the portions were very large. The food was wonderful, service was great and the overall experience was more than I could have imagined. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because this is not a 5 star restaurant. We will definitely dine here again, and I have already started telling people I know in Hot Springs of this wonderful find! less
