The staff are very friendly treat you like royalty and excellent service. There are very few places that offer this wide variety of food items on regular basis for one low price under 25 dollars. Based on his ethics and quality, I wouldn't want to enter any establishment where he works. His lack of concern has caused injury to family members and emotional strain from overhearing his constant swearing, yelling and threatening. Simply put, the man is rude, crass, loud and ignorant. His disgusting behavior will be avoided at all costs. Have steered many social engagements away from taking place at this establishment and will continue to do so as long as he works there. less

Staff is friendly and helpful, with owners always willing to take time to talk to their customers. She is Mexican, he is (I believe) Chile. Being a teenager with a couple of hollow legs may have been why I liked it when it was new, but I really do believe there was better quality then. I do admit to liking the place as my 5 children were growing up, but that was primarily due to there being something for everyone. The ability to keep all the kids happy was more than enough to overcome my poor opinion of the food. Now, I avoid the place when I can. Being a big, busy buffet, the place is never really clean once the doors are open for business. The food is really bland, in an effort not to offend anyone’s palate. Never undercooked, you don’t have to worry about health concerns from that. Often overcooked, unfortunately. Salad bar and dessert bar are the real saving graces here, as you have some tasty options there. If you have a taste for… well, taste, this is not the place for you. If you are after pleasing a group of people (primarily children) that have varying tastes, or are looking to scarf down as much food per dollar as possible, try it out. less

Now, their food can sit in the warming trays for 8+ hours, and I strongly suspect that some food is carried over from previous days. What should be hot is cool, and what should be cool is warm. Nothing made is right, or fresh. It’s sad. I’m guessing that survival is only because of their high-traffic location in a poor area. I suspect locals do not have experience with what this food should really be like. Being a buffet, you can eat as much as you want. For those on low income, that’s got to be the appeal. I strongly advise against visiting this place. less

Upon arrival there was a woman complaining about hair in her food. We should have turned around right there and left as this is a definate red flag. I needed to use the washroom prior to eating and it was very dirty. Which is another red flag. The food was poor in quality. It gives you the feeling that you just ate very cheap or fast food. This restaurant is questionable at best for cleansliness. We will not go back. Bon Apetite! less

This restaurant is disgusting. There is not a single piece of food in the buffet they get right. All of it is flavourless, cold, or just plain weird. I highly doubt this place follows any food health and safety standards either. NEVER GO HERE! less

I might recommend 'sampling' a small portion of some items before gorging and/or wasting a whole plate. As far as cutting corners, find me a restaurant that doesnt! As far as vomiting 5 hours after leaving, sorry mate, doesnt happen with cooked food that quickly. Check what u had for supper the night before, or re-evaluate your personel cleaning habits. less
