The last month though has been horrible. If you dont have at least a hour for lunch dont go hear. I knew it couldnt last to long there famous for screwing up. less

It was a 4.5 rated eatery, then approx fall they had a management change and the food and service took a major nosedive. The floor manager is a personable sort but very FLIRTY and has a self-image problem [He thinks he's just to pretty]. There's 4-5 La Hacienda Restaurants in the two state area and I have ate at all of them, this one is the only one I have ever had a problem with [Lack of reponse to customer complaints, slow service, low quality foodstuffs] When I ate there the bill was 25-30 Dollars, and no response from management on customer complaints {Whats wrong with this picture?} less

Love the food but you have to watch them. they get bad scores from the health dept inspector.

Barbeque is very dry and service is non-existant. Staff very rude. Would not recommend.
Chaparral's Steakhouse
This place stays busy all the time but for the life of me I can't figure it out. The food is only average and the service is below average.
