The atmosphere is very nice and the food fresh. I have been
to Sapporo many times and I have never left unhappy. Every item
is prepared fresh and with presentation in mind. You can't
go wrong eating at Sapporo's

Benkay is as good as it gets. I don't live here in Portland, but
when
I'm in town, this is my first stop, after a pint at Brian Boru of
course
the Maine UNI is spectacular. Salmon skins toasted in a hand-roll
with flying fish eggs is the royal treatment.
Toro, served simply gets my vote.
Everything is perfect... as it should be.
