Go here for the monster sandwiches (shredded BBQ pork, turkey
and chicken) or the burgers. You'll need to invite a friend
to finish it off. The burgers are nuclear when they get to the table
so beware. The Pizza was okay, , but not quite what I'd expect
from a Hawaiian themed restraunt.

For lunch, I had the Big Kahuna Burger. It's big, half a pounder
with a big Hawaiian style (bread) bun. It comes with Monterey
Jack and Cheddar cheese, tomato, onions, cabbage, mayo, ketchup
and mustard. I did find the cabbage a bit funny replacement for
lettuce. Not bad tasting just a bit strange. I liked it though
I felt like it needed a bit more seasoning or go easier on the ketchup
and mustard. I saw one and just wanted to try one. Only real complaint
it seemed to take a while for the food to show up (guess it takes
some time to cook 1/2 lbs). I have eaten at their other location
before and just love their Hawaiian style pizzas. Next time,
I'll quickly order the sumo special pizza though that takes
some time to cook as well. This location is only open for the downtown
lunch crowd so only 11 am to 2 pm, Monday thru Friday, no holidays.
Go to their Elk Grove location for the dinner experience. I enjoyed
this place when it was open by McClellan AFB and they still make
some good eats.
