I ate there for the first time. I have never complained about anything
in my life, I.E. food, clothing, motherly advise, nothing. I had a Beef
Tenderloin Sandwich that cost $9.99. It was maybe a quarter inch thick
and tatsed god awful. I would have paid maybe $4.00 for the sandwich.
I ate 1/2 of the sandwich then complained to the bartender/waitress
on duty. I did this in a very unoffensive manner and her attitude turned
completely. Sh said that "my portion" was plenty and started
to put glasses down hard and had a bad attitude in general. I explained
to her that I did not want money taken off my bill but wanted to talk to
a manager about bad food portions, taste and service. I never did talk
to a manager and the bartender/waitress explained that she was as "high"
as it got there and that she told the manager and he/she said to make the
sandwich free. The manager never took the time to address the situation.
They did take off for the sandwich but anybody that eats there is throwing
money away. The coleslaw was good. My girlfriend got the crabcakes.
They were good but very, very samll for over $20.00.
