This is a great place to have lunch, and dinner if you would like
some fresh food cooked. The shakes are delicious. The price is
reasonable.

We had a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere
was beautiful and elegant. The service was attentive
yet not stifling. Paul and his assistants created
exquisite taste sensations. The wine list was
excellent, with several good varieties available.
According to Gams, the Dr. Fischer Johannesberg
Reisling was music to the tongue, accompanying the
fresh seafood hors d'evours with perfection. A salad
of spinach, endive, candied shiitake mushrooms, pine
nuts and warm bacon dressing prepared the palate for
the next course. The famous lightly fried lobster tail
all but melted in the mouth, and her meal was finished
with a delightfully sweet desert of raspberrys and
heavy cream. If you are looking for a dining
experience characterized by pampering and pomp, Kaiman
feels that Pano's and Paul's more than fits the bill.
The escargots was tasty and not overly garlicked. The
ostrich 'was of good color' and meshed well with the
accompanying venison and 'potato surprise'. The creme
bruillet fit its repuation, almost more than expected.
Overall, Pano's and Paul's is a definite repeat
exprience.

The food was absolutely marvelous. Presentation was second
to none, and the selection is more than adequate. I had
the beef tenderloin for one, and my date had the lamb, veal,
and beef plate. Their specialty is lobster, and those
that we saw looked tantalizing. I highly recommend the
creme broullet for dessert. Only two complaints...Service
was a bit slow towards the end of our meal. We waited
fifteen minutes for someone to take a dessert order and as
long for the check after the meal. Secondly, the people at
the next table were moderately loud, and we could hear every
word that each of them spoke. The dining room is decorated
well, but it is small. Overall, however, our experience was
among the best I've ever had, and I highly recommend it.
