The food here is average. It is always busy as it attracts a large lunch crowd due to the airport and local businesses in the area. I personally think it is over rated and the few times I have been here the wait is above normal and service is rushed.

i have to admit..i don't remember the entree i had..but the fried calamari appetizer was fantastic. i think i had prime rib..it was alot of meat and i took most of it home...the service was adequate..but the fried calamari..was scrumptious

FRANCESCOS FOOD IS EXCELLENT! I DISCOVERED THIS PLACE PRIOR TO WARRIORS GAMES. I HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES AND I HAVEN'T BEEN DISAPPOINTED YET. THE ONLY NEGATIVE MAY BE ITS POPULARITY. SOMETIMES THE WAIT FOR A TABLE DURING PRIME DINING HOURS IS LENGTHY. GREAT ITALIAN-AMERICAN FOOD!

This is a great place if you love Meat and large portions. The service was very good. It is a very comfortable place to eat. But, if you don't love meat you need to ask for the marinara sauce on pasta. And, you need to know that they serve meat filled ravioli.

This is my favorite restaurant in th Oak.San Leandro area its open kitchen an Italian and seafood varity is excellence. YOU WON'T be disdappointed. D
