Besides having a great view of Geist, the food is wonderful. Highly recommend the Grouper Sandwich and the Bourbon Chicken. The house dressing of Raspberry Vinegarette is superb. A few times the French Onion Soup has been a bit of the salty side, but that is really the only negative that we have found. Wonderful atmosphere!!!

The blue heron is an excellent place for a fine dining experience with the great view of giest lake and live music on weekends outside on the shore. the food and service are great.

Massive floor to ceiling windows gives the diner a wonderful view of the Geist reservoir. Wonderful pork cutlet and salads. Lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch(Menu) for casual dining.
