It's all for the show and not for the food...The food is okay, but it's not what you are paying for at all

I went here for a field trip with my AP Calculus class my senior year. It was an extroadinary place to eat. I take my wife every now and then, just because its something different. Two thumbs up.

ive been to this one twice and the one in vegas twice. ive always thought the price for the show and dinner a little high but we only do it about once every couple of years soo......food is ok, the show is what you pay for.

The food is good, but guests are encouraged to eat with their hands, young kids love that. Dinner, a show,

and bar and dance after. Ideal for families and groups of young

adults..

Let's be honest... You are paying for the show, and not the food. The food was mediocre at best, and cold. And you really have no choice on what you get.

Food was okay, but it was WAAAAAAAY overpriced. They have a lot of locations..one in Chicago, and other cities. Eat with your hands, so if you don't like getting messy, don't come. The entertainment was interesting, but got a little boring after awhile. I liked the horses...hehe! I forgot exactly how much it was.

The five star rating is for the entertainment. Not going back here is one of the signs of growing older. I think I have matured enough to stay away. Lots of fun for the younger crowd though.

Overpriced! Way overpriced! Food is at best average and really rather messy to eat (not a place to visit if you don't like to get your hands dirty!). Atmosphere is cool, and the entertainment is worthwhile. But go in knowing that you are *not* paying for a great dinner, but for entertainment.

Overpriced food and not-too-entertaining show make this one to skip. Forget eating here if you're a dainty-type person, for, as Janeane Garofalo said in "The Cable Guy", "there wasn't silverware in Medieval times, therefore there isn't silverware at Medieval Times"

The price is not that great but if you have kids and money to spend it is quite entertaining. The food is good, but guests are encouraged to eat with their hands, young kids love that. Dinner, a show, and bar and dance after. Ideal for families and groups of young adults..

Great experinece. I agree with the general review...the food leaves you hungry, but the show is great! My wife and I went about two yers ago and I'm on my way back to take my 12 yr old. The kids will love it. I loved it, the sreaming, the cheering, the show. Well worth the price.

I loved this place to death. I went to Medieval Times on a spring trip with my high school band. I have to say, out of all the places we went, I had the most fun here. It was so active and it was very, very unique. It was liked going to a wrestling match or something. And after the show I had lots of fun dancing on the dance floor. I would really love to go to this place again sometime very soon. Hopefully I will! I highly recommend this place if you are ever in Dallas. It is the bomb!

concur w/ most of other review. Dont go early unless you just want to hang out at the bar forever - the early seating the is a ploy so you'll spend money. Discount coupons are in the paper. The show is semi-hoaky untilthe end: if you kids love horses they might like the displays of horsemanship. I would attend only if (a) taking pre-teen kids (b) need a new theme for a office get-plastered night. (c) you are a diehard member of Society of Creative Anachronists (SCA) and wear armor to bed. I kept a constant flow of beer so I was amused. My son loved it. food was ok...all fingers, no silverware. fun to do once.

The show is great, the food is OK. It is kind of pricy at $35 dollars a head. And if your not a drinker and you just want to see the show, get there at around 7:45 so you dont have to wait too long for the 8:00 dinner. It's a good place to go once...

This is a fun place to go to. The food is not what you go here for. It is the show. First of all, if you can get discount tickets, do so. My company offered them for $28.00. The door price was $35.50 and all get the same service. Next they tell you to get there an hour ahead. So show time is 8 pm you get there at 7 pm. Once there you get your sitting row and color. Then you wait in a large room 'Gift' shop and bar area. Smokers every where. Very little sitting. They do a couple of things, pictures with King and Queen, Knight the B-days and anniversaries. Next you are told to go to your door, left center or right, according to your sitting color. Everyone crowds the doors like they are going to get a better seat. Don't, all seats are good. Once every one sits down you start getting served. No forks, spoons or knives. You drink you soup from the bowl and eat your chicken and rib with your fingers. The Show goes on and you cheer for the Knight that is your color. They use real stuff. Sparks come off of the swords and all. If you are lucky, your Knight will win and the kingdom will be saved from the bad knight. Great fun for you and the family. If you haven't gone, you should. We went once but will go again I am sure.
