Whats the deal? I ordered the hunan beef on the to go menu and it
was filled with jalopeno peppers and the sauce tasted like warmed
over sweet and sour sauce. Then we ordered paradise chicken...it
was made with oriental red peppers and was hotter than ...well
you catch my drift. So why couldn't they use red peppers instead
of jalopeno in the hunan beef? See my point? Oh by the way the paradise
chicken was supposed to be a sweet dish not hot. Then we got chicken
egg rolls and when we opened the package grease ran out of the bag.
Literally. I am not kiding in anyway. And to make matters worse
when I called back to complain I was put on hold for several minutes
and then they treated me like it was my fault that the food was not
prepared the way we asked for it to be in the first place. I called
the owner personally and he didnt't seem to care one way or
the other. I even inquired as to why they have no website or a proper
email address to send suggestions or complaints to. He was very
much apathetic to any suggestion...Ok email accounts are free,
If I owned a business I think that would be the cheapest way for
me to see how my guest feel about My company.It was the worst chinese
food I have ever had in my life..You can get better at taco bell
and they dont even serve chinese...figure that one out. By the
way...this was the lovers egg roll in dallas on lemmon ave.
