I GREW UP AROUND THIS PLACE AND HAVE BEEN EATING HERE SINCE DAY 1. I LOVE THEIR FOOD AND THE AREA IS NICE ESPECIALLY AFTER THE REMODELING. GREAT FOOD.........NICE PEOPLE...........I LOVE THE HOOD.........

The service is wonderful and the steaks, served at an astonishingly high heat, amazing. To not get the butter sauce on the steaks is heresy at best (at that point what will a little more fat do anyway?). The side dishes (priced seperatly) are more than enough to share.

Ruth's Chris is one fine steak house no matter what city or state you are in. If you go to one you have visited them all. The steaks and thick and consistantly suculent and juicy.

When you come here be ready to shell out the cash for the best food you wil ever have. Your food stays hot from the first bite to the last. I have visited ruth's chris in a cpl cities and it never chumps me. It is one of the finest filets i have ever had.

An excellent beef house. Dollar for dollar I think this may be one of the best places in town for a steak. The secret to dining here is split EVERYTHING with a companion.

Last night my wife and I shared a spicy crabcake (very good),

combination salad, lyonnaise potatoes, baked tomato, large (14- 16 oz. filet) with bernaise sauce and breead pudding. This was perfect portion control and with vino and tip the meal came

to $120.00. If you strike out on your own, it it okay, just remember that all the side dishes are titanic. Beef was excellent.

Ruth Chris' is an excellent Chicago steakhouse! I enjoyed my dining experience very much at RC's. The wait staff is excellent. The steaks are cooked to perfection. The sides are super also. It is definately an upper scale restaurant with Chicago style prices. Good wine list. Excellent desert tray. Highly recommended.

A great steakhouse in a city known for great steaks (among other things). Expect to drop about $50 per person.

Very high quality all around. I had a New York Strip Steak (Medium Rare) that they cook in butter and Serve on a sizzling plate. It was very good but for $28.00 I would have appreciated if I wasn't nickeled and dimed for $5.00 for Salad and $4.50 for Garlic Mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were fine (for $4.50 they better be), but the salad was very average. Everything on the menu is ala carte. I would probably have given it 4 or more stars if the menu had the steak dinner for $40.00 with choice of potato and soup or salad. Service was very good. Although I disliked the repeated offers to sell me bottled water instead of tap water. Maybe I am old fashioned but $5.00 for an average salad about $5.00 for a potatoe and a 30.00 steak made me feel like I was taken 3 times instead of extravagen once. Dave

Outstanding steaks. Somewhat pricey but all side dishes are much more than one person can eat. Expect approximately $50 per person with drink and dessert.
