This memrable dinner took place on a saturday evening, just after arriving from Germany. The staff cared for me and you're feeling pretty comfortable after the aperitve. The service is attentive and tries to give very good advice. I dicided not to go with the menu, but selected the courses from the very interesting menu list. The wine a 'Pinot Noir' from Oregon accompanied this meal at its best. However I felt the service somehow rushing me through my dinner. At the end I could not finish the wonderful 'Souffle au chocolat' - what a shame. To summarize it - the trip is worth every penny and I like to come back one day and have the specail menu accompanied with the 1959 Chateau Latour.

This review is only for the Sunday Brunch! It would be difficult to imagine a more Lucullan, extensive, elegant, delicious, varied, and satisfying buffet. Every selection was of the same superb quality. Fabulous cold offerings, including ample shellfish, fruits, salads, etc. Wonderful hot dishes in profusion. Deserts to tempt and tickle even the most jaded palate. And a special little buffet for children. And service was prompt and attentive.
