The filet mignon is great, as well as the baked stuff shrimp. Most of the food is really good, I have not tried it all YET. From there, the rating goes down. Main reason is the service is slow. The staff are not the friendliest either. Since it is not cheap and the service is not good, the entire experience usually leaves me wanting more. If you just want to grab a bite of good food and you have time and patience, this is your place!

Depending who your waitress is(can you tell I go there alot?) your service will vary. I have worked there for a day, and I'll tell you, theres alot going on there!The lobster pie/cassarole is excellent, the fillet mignon s very good, and the deserts are great. You cant go wrong with a plain salad and fix it up yorself with stuff on the side(just ask). Yes, the service can be very slow on a busy night, and you have seen a huge line waiting.But that line is constantly moving, no more than a 25 minute wait at best, so people are getting their food at a fair rate. I ahvent been to the other location in dog years, but it isnt so bad here. It has to be the same food/meat supplier for both locations, so its the preparers that make the difference...remember, a little honey gets you more than vinegar does, so just humor the waitress or waiter and maybe they can dote on you as well.Definatly the best place for cuts of meat by far.

Definitely not the same restaurant as the one in Saugus. The food definitely wasn't as good and the service was slow. This seems more like a place for older couples. Overall, just disappointed after being impressed with their other restaurant.

If you want great steak and chops, this is the place. portions were a little small, but excellent preparation. Service was slow, mixed up our orders in a party of 4. Great meal, poor service..... poor service hurts the grade... sorry Frankie.

Not quite the same atmosphere as the Hilltop Resaurant in Saugus. Maybe because I was disappointed in the atmosphere, I thought the food wasn't as good as the Saugus location either.

Must visit the butcher shop located in the same building. Best cuts of beef you can find anywhere locally.
