I love the Cheesecake Factory, but it must be taken for what it
is. It isn't like an upscale restuarant...but it's
much nicer than any other chain restaurant. So if you wouldn't
want to go to an Applebees or something along that line--if you
wanted something better, without going to a place too expensive,
this is it. It's a good family or group restaurant, but also
good for a date. The lighting is dim like it's an expensive
restaurant, but it doesn't have that same feel. The food
is very good...everything I've had from there has been delicious.
The menu is huge, so everyone should be able to find something
they like. Additionally, the cheesecakes, which they also sell
in some Barnes and Nobles in the Starbucks Cafe, are wonderful!
The parking at this location is good...it's located in a
mall, so there is a huge lot, but on weekend nights, it is still
pretty crowded. Another good thing is that there is a Cheesecake
Factory in most cities. So far, I have been to the one outside Philadelphia,
this location in Atlanta, Indianapolis, and San Francisco...each
time, I have been pleased. Highly recommend.

I've been to this place a couple of times and generally this
place is pretty good. I've always been on weekend nights
so I suggest if your gonna go to this place, then go during the weekend.
This afternoon, our service was at best average. The valet parking
was a nice touch, and the management was friendly but the waitstaff
was not very attentive/helfpul at all. The food was not very good
either and the bathrooms were filthy. I dont recommend the Fried
Shrimp scatter, it didnt taste very good. The only thing that
really saved this place from getting a poor rating was that the
dessert, although overpriced, was excellent and delicious.
In the past, their fettucini has also tended to be very well made.
Also, the management was friendly, however, it will be a while
before i go back to this place due to the lack of service, quality
of food, and cleanliness of restrooms in comparison to the prices.
Overall, I would only recommend this place if your going on the
weekend and willing to wait in line, your getting dessert or your
going to eat Pasta.
