I would agree with one of the other reviews on here. The filet is one of the best I have had. Very very tender.

The Festival recently hired a new chef and has made a big difference in the dining experience. He has added some very creative ideas to the menu and the entire restaurant is making a very big effort to please. I have ordered the filet several times and it melts in your mouth and the flavor is outstanding and cooked to order. The grouper and bison is also exquisite and can't wait to go back and try something else. Worth every penny.
