I actually went to the new one in Marshfield and loved it. This is my kinda place. Good, hearty American meals.

I have gone to the breakfast bufet and thought it was sbout 1 1/2 stars. There were too many tables crammed together and the waitresses didn't seem to want to get you beverages. The bacon was undercooked and many of the other foods were cold. I would not go back.

This is my favorite restaurant on the South Shore. Not only is the environment one you can go back to time after time, but the food is rather inexpensive and better than what you'd expect for a small-town restaurant.

I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE SCITUATE ONE BUT IF IT IS ANYTHING LIKE THE MARSHFIELD ONE - IWON'T WASTE MY TIME!!! I WENT TO JAMIE'S AFTER THE "NEWNESS" WORE OFF BECAUSE I KNOW IT CAN BE BUSY AS EVERYONE WANTS TO TRY IT AND THEY NEED TIME TO SMOOTH OUT THE WRINKELS.... WELL, IT WAS HORRIBLE.. THE WAITRESS WAS THE WORST EVER, THE FOOD WAS FROZEN BAR APPETIZERS, AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT... I WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND I RECCOMMEND EVERYONE PULL OUT SOME MRS. PAUL'S FROZEN FISH STIX AND THEY WOULD ENJOY THEM MORE... yuck!!!!!

Sue and myself have been eating there for years and it been a great place. The food is plentiful and delicious ( You will never leave hungry ) A real fun and friendly place.. Ric

A real down home place to eat. The people and service are good, fast and friendly. You don't leave hungry. Try it you might like it.

Average food, average service. Reasonable prices, a regular place for the locals, really cigarette-smokey atmosphere, gruff waitresses, really a place that's for the "regulars" and not many others.
