I enjoyed an excellent salad, house creamy italian dressing, and a terrific steak with baked potatoe. White tablecloths, linen napkins, great service, thoroughly enjoyed 2 visits and will visit again.

Are you over 65 years old?
Do you like bland food and small portions?
Are the type of person who likes snobby waiters who make you feel inadequate to eat at their establishment?
Then this place is for you. Enjoy. Personally, I'm headed over to Palo Alto when I want to pay that much for dinner. Much better food, friendlier service, and not so many 'big hair' seniors.

I thought the food here was good, not outstanding which I would expect for the price. The service was okay. I am not sure I would come back though since I can trek over to Palo Alto for better food for the same price. I think it is pretty popular since there is a scarcity of nice restaurants in Fremont. Odd since so many people live here unlike Berkeley which seems to have a large number of great restaurants for such a small city.

The veal scallapini was excellent! Great service with a true Italian flair. Linen table clothes, french bread and great selection of wines. Reservations are definately needed. We go here to celebrate special occasions! You won't be disappointed.

Their food was ok. Didn't really like the decor. Very old and stuffy looking.

The Steak I got here was outstanding, The Wine was outstanding, The Salad was oustanding, The Desert was outstanding, The Service was outstanding, My Wifes Veal was outstanding. I know I could have shortened it up. It truly is an execellent resturant. Very Old School Italian. I will be back soon. It was great.

A nice high-end formal Italian restaurant. Some dishes have the waiter cooked it at the table. Nice show and adds a nice touch. Veal chop was very good.

Good, somewhat classy, Italian/Continental restaurant. Veal dishes are very good. Very good wine list. Nice atmosphere for business or for a bit of an upscale dinner. Maybe a bit pricey for some as they seem to get a good share of the expense account types. But...that said, it's worth a try if you don't mind spending a bit more than ususal.
