We bought 32.00 worth of Pizza from the American Fork location
on Friday, 11.00 worth on Thursday from the same location.I am
a manager at Cracker Barrel in West Valley. Wednesday I ordered
a pizza for my retail staff. Thurdsay I ordered 8-10 for the entire
staff.This has been our pattern for the last 8-12 months while
we have been remodeling our kitchen. Most of the time we have had
a very good quality product delivered to our home. Friday night
when we called in they said it would be 45 minutes to an hour, which
was fine. The pizza was delivered within the time stated, at least
that was what Lisa from the A.F.location said. I thought it was
longer, but what do I know. I am just the customer. SO.... I was
told by her that it was to bad my pizzas were cold she couldn't do
anything about it because yor pizzas are cheap anyway and people
just call and make it up to get free pizza. (They were the worst
pizzas I have ever had, I've had day old pizza that was better)
I don't know that I expected to get them free, but I did expect something.
As a manager I would never expect to serve the quality of food we
received on Friday and have my restaurant guests be pleased with
it. Isn't that what its all about? Pleasing People. You please
them and you build your business. When you don't you are the one
who loses. Lisa was very, very rude.She needs a job were she doesn't
deal with the public. I lost my temper with her and told her she
needed to read "Managing for Dummies" which I probably should
not have done. But just a word of advice.....she is not the one
to leave in charge. Look back through your records, you can see
for your self how much pizza I pay for 768-4740, 768-9242, 687-1942,
977-8221, 763-7184, 796-0863 are the numbers I order from. You
won't be having those numbers as call back numbers again. Lisa
just lost you a very good customer.
