Ok food at a decent price. Nothing special about the food, but had very good service. Waitress was a lot of fun and she brightened up the place just by being there!

Millstone, Perkins, Denny's, JB'S.... All these are about the same. The food is average but the service here is good. If you are looking for a friendly place just to grab a quick bite it would suit you fine. As for overall dinning experience I would say there is nothing special here.

Generally like all the Millstone's the food is ok. Nothing to get excited about. I wouldn't recommend the espresso. They really don't know how to make them and I was very disappointed. Otherwise its just ok.

Good restaurant to eat at when in Spearfish. Saled bar is always tasty and food is good! Another positive is the waitresses who are always very friendly and kind.

I will have to be honest with everyone, this isn't one of the best places I have ever eaten. The prices are pretty high for the quality of the food. They are just down the road from a Perkins that has the same types of food with better taste. I would have to say that I was disappointed each and everytime I have gotten a meal at the Millstone. The only good point about the place is that it is open when the bars close. I also think that is when they get thier busiest crowd. Perhaps the food tastes better when your drunk.
