The El Matador in Bountiful is fantastic. I have only had one bad experience
there and it was because of the waitress i had. i believe her name was
Nannette. She was the worst. But i have been eating there for 15 years
and the food and the service has been great besodes that experience.
It is by far the best restaurant ever!!! You all need to try it you won't
be able to resist going there again.

I just want everyone to know what a great restaurant El Matador is. I
have NEVER had a bad meal there and the service is GREAT.. The owner is
awesome and I just love how he drives around the restuarant in his wheel
chair.

I don't know who told these bountiful guys they could run a restaurant
but this bountiful el matador is the worst. i grew up in ogden, and frequented
the el matador in ogden...which is the BEST...but the bountiful store
is different now (i am pretty sure it is new owners) and it is not worth
the time. i will only drive to ogden to go to the el matador there...as
the one in bountiful is not good. it went downhill when the original
owner (chef tony) sold it. so head up to ogden. it's worth the drive.
This bountiful mexican (if u can call it that) restaurant is the worst.
it used to be owned years ago by the same man who owns the one in ogden,
but now it has new owners and has gone down hill ever since. the food is
not good, the prices are kind of high for the amount of food you get and
the service is terrible. not to mention the weird owner driving around
in some wheel chair being obnovious. it is just too big for them to handle
and i won't be going back ever. we will drive to ogden now for the
real el matador.

The food, service, prices are the best in Bountiful. You will
have a fine dining experience while their and you'll want to return.
